Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oklahoma. I believe that each person is the expert in their own lives. The healing process starts with the therapeutic relationship and connection. I feel that it is imperative that everyone has the opportunity to process their own thoughts, emotions, fears, worries, and stressors openly and freely without judgement. My goal is to support and empower individuals by guiding them in restructuring and reframing their sense of self, as well as creating goals for change.
