I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I have provided counseling services for 6 years in higher education, community mental health, and practice practice settings. I have enjoyed working with clients to address concerns including anxiety and depression, trauma and grief, career changes, family conflict, stress management, and more. It is important to me to help clients identify self-care practices that are practical and effective.

My goal as a therapist is to work collaboratively with my clients. My approach includes helping you identify what you would like to be different in your life, building on your strengths, and discussing ways to cope with difficult situations. I aim to be mindful of clients' cultural backgrounds, family relationships, social supports, and past experiences during our time together. I look forward to building a positive, supportive relationship in counseling to help you work toward a greater sense of well-being.
