I feel fortunate to have the opportunity to offer you an environment that is safe and helpful as you explore what life throws your way, finding your path to the healthiest and happiest you. Should I be your therapist, you will see I’m dedicated to helping you navigate your life experiences and relationships in a way which feels manageable, less lonely, and improves your ability to feel how you deserve to feel.

I approach the therapy experience as one of significance, consequence, opportunity. People usually reach out for mental health services seeking a change in their lives, how they feel. I passionately work toward helping clients better understand themselves, what is troubling them and how to use what they learn to gain more agency over their lives. I’ll arrive at therapy sessions with presence, curiosity, a caring heart and soul.
