Together, in a compassionate, safe, collaborative environment, we will create a positive path towards your well-being and success, whether you’re on a healing journey or looking to gain more achievements. I have over 14 years of experience working with individuals, families, couples and groups. What is your approach to therapy? My training is in a variety of approaches, including relational, cognitive-behavioral, family systems, mindful self-compassion and dialectical-behavioral therapies.  What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I will appreciate helping you develop adaptable skills in managing a mental illness, in processing through adverse life experiences or in achieving successful goals. I humble my practice in delivering non-discriminatory, anti-oppressive services to at-risk, disenfranchised individuals and families, adhering to a multi-cultural relational approach.
