I can tell you that we can reach our highest potential & learn to love ourselves in our authentic form despite of our upbringing & past experiences. When you have lived in constant instability, feeling unsafe within your family, where there was emotional abuse or neglect we can develop unhealthy attachments, anxieties within relationships, patterns of unhappiness in life. At My Serenity Mental Wellness, we understand you & my specialty is working with Complex Trauma / Attachment Issues/ Anxiety/ Depression.
