Hello, I’m Brian Russman. I’m a psychotherapist, but some people refer to me as a coach, mentor, mindfulness helper, or a guide on your recovery journey. I help people to fight issues that seem too big for them to conquer. I know from my own life experience and years of helping others that getting honest and asking for help can be difficult – but when we are able to slow down long enough to look inside, we can find hope, strength, and motivation to change. As a licensed mental health professional, I have been helping others for nearly twenty years. I enjoy guiding people with trauma, family of origin issues, addictions, relationship issues, or mental health concerns to heal. I will walk alongside you and so you do not have to do it alone.
