Greetings!
I commend you for taking the first step in seeking out support to better yourself. Whether you have had ongoing struggles, or are in need of support due to a recent event, I am here to support you every step of the way! Let the journey to a better you begin!
A little about me:
I have been working with adults and adolescents in a helping role for close to the past 15 years. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology in 2004 and my undergraduate degree in 2001. I currently hold three licenses within the state of Massachusetts. My licensees include, LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), Licensed School Adjustment Counselor & a Licensed School Guidance Counselor. I currently am the head counselor in a therapeutic behavioral program in Massachusetts, as well as therapist in a group practice. I am married and have four children ranging in age from 14-5.
Over the years, my work as a therapist has encompassed a wide array of clients. However, I feel like I am most effective working with adolescents, as well as young & middle adults. I have also worked with families and facilitated couples therapy. My style is client based and I tend to adapt based on what best meets my client’s needs. My goal is offer well rounded balanced care that can help begin your journey towards a better you!
