I am a Clinical Social Worker who has been in practice for 20 years. My focuses include but are not limited to family, children, trauma, depression, anxiety and all that these issues entail. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy most often with a solution oriented approach, this makes for a focused problem solving process that moves clients further toward their goals in a more manageable time frame.
