The most difficult step a person can take is the first step in seeking a professional to aid them in addressing their mental health. You have taken this step because you, a loved one or both, are experiencing difficulty in your daily life. In many ways the most important step is now behind you and now you need to pick a partner for the remainder of this journey toward balance, happiness and good mental health and habits. There can be a wide range of reasons you are experiencing stress, anger, anxiety confusion or any other issue, that is affecting your life.
