First and foremost, I believe in the power of positive psychology and in the ability of the human spirit to rise to the challenge presented. Research indicates that focusing on using one’s strengths has a more beneficial and longer lasting effect when facing life’s challenges.

I have education and training in psychology, sport psychology, physical fitness, coaching, rehabilitation (vocational) counseling and life. I am licensed by the State of Texas (72233) as a Licensed Professional Counselor and have obtained a national certification as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) giving me the ability to work across the fields of mental health, sport psychology and vocational counseling. I have worked with individuals and families looking to improve their lives and careers, recover from addictions, rehab for acquired brain injury (ABI) and those just looking to improve performance. I am qualified to provide formal assessment tools to guide your life decisions and careers.
