I am a licensed psychotherapist in the state of Florida with over 7 years of Social Work experience. I have worked with diverse clients with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, life transitions, race related stress, difficulties related to social justice, mass incarceration and LGBTQ issues. I also helped many people who have experienced systemic stress and or complex emotional abuse.

My therapy style is compassionate and focused on creating a safe environment. I utilizes intersectional perspectives, compassion and evidenced based psychotherapy techniques to aid in emotional and mindset healing. Helping individuals with anxiety symptoms, depressive symptoms, grief, life transitions, relationship issues and much more. I am passionate about individuality and the uniqueness of each persons experience and identity. I will honor the truth of who you are and make compassionate and accepting space for you to heal, explore, grow and reach your goals. Taking the first step to create a more healthy and balanced life is one I applaud you on. It takes much courage to choose to care for your mental health. However, the rewards are well worth the journey.
