About

I am a doctoral-level Marriage and Family Therapist, with a strong belief that authenticity is the key to contentment. I have worked with a wide range of clients, but I specialize in attachment issues, adoptees, educational difficulties (ADHD, dyslexia, etc.), relationship issues, and addiction. I believe that everyone has a right to know their authentic selves, and to be able to comfortably connect to those around them.

I believe in practicing what you preach, and my therapeutic style reflects the authenticity I hope to help my clients discover for themselves. I love the work that I do because of the unique self-actualizing journeys I get to be a part of with each of my clients. You have made an enormously brave step towards seeking help, and if I am not the person to help you, I hope that you find your way to peace and health.
