Hello, my name is Brent Schrader. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been a mental Health therapist for over 17 years. I have had the privilege of working with a highly diverse range of people who have struggled with issues ranging from life satisfaction to depression, anxiety, PTSD, parenting issues, marital issues, and substance use issues as well. I obtained my formal education at the University of Utah Graduate School of Social Work, but that was just the beginning. I believe that life is the greatest teacher, and that as we become aware of something, then accept it, we can adapt to it and act in a way that leads to greater life satisfaction. Based on how you learn best we can examine and use a wide variety of techniques from person centered to solution focused, from existential to cognitive behavioral. Most importantly to me is that you feel safe and comfortable in the space that we will share, and that we will always work towards your goals and dreams. I am a faith friendly therapist. I am committed to helping you find the answers that you feel that you need, as well as provide you with techniques and tips that you can immediately use after our time together, every time.
