Hello! Finding the right therapist is not fun and can even be stressful! My clients have said that I am approachable and don't speak "therapist" like others they have worked with. I try to make our sessions translate into the real world! I have worked with people from many backgrounds and seen people go through many things. Most of us need someone to offer guidance or a helping hand. I like to work with my clients by offering empathy, guidance, and feedback to help them decide what is best for their lives.
