I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker, licensed in Ohio with over 8 years of experience working in the field of mental health, with specifically 5 years of clinical counseling. I have spent my career treating clients with a varied range of issues, including: depression, anxiety, stress, personality and mood disorders, addictions (alcohol, opiates, gambling, porn, etc.), codependency, grief and trauma.

My passion is to help people improve their lives through assisting them to realize and utilize their own strengths and potential to live their best possible life. I truly believe that having a neutral, non-judgmental and attentive listening ear with whom you can discuss your thoughts and feelings, is one of the best ways to improve your overall well-being! When seeking counseling, I believe every person deserves to be treated with respect, unconditional positive regard, and compassion. My approach combines Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Person-Centered, Solution Focused, Humanistic and Mindfulness; but in the end- every client is different, so I will tailor my approach and individualize your treatment plan to meet your specific needs.
