Brenna Fehr is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) Provider. Brenna in trained EMDR and Perinatal EMDR. She is currently the only trained Perinatal EMDR Therapist in the area. She graduated with her undergrad degree from Moravian College, majoring in Psychology and double-minoring in Sociology and Religion. She then went on to continue her education at Kutztown University, where got her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. Through her experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings, working with people of all ages, she has tailored her focus to specialize specifically in trauma-focused therapies, attachment issues, addiction, family conflict, life stressors and anxiety. Brenna is formally trained in the trauma techniques of Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). She also has a strong training background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Brenna’s main goal in working with her clients is to help them heal from traumatic experiences, recognize and utilize the strength that they have, but are likely struggling to connect with and learn new coping skills.
