About

I am a licensed therapist in Texas with 18 years of professional counseling experience. During those years, I have had the opportunity to help clients dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, motivation issues, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I want to also offer my clients the opportunity to process issues, discuss experiences and learn better coping skills. I believe in counseling and and understand it takes courage to seek out help to work towards a more fulfilling and happier life while taking the steps necessary for a positive change.
