Hi! I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas. Currently, I am based in the Texas Hill Country. With over 13 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with clients who have experienced a wide range of concerns including anxiety/stress, depression, trauma/abuse, coping with life changes, compassion fatigue and co-occurring chemical dependency.

My counseling style is person centered. You will be respected and empowered to reach your goals and desires. I bring a somatic approach to my sessions; focusing on the mind, body, spirit and emotions. I incorporate cognitive behavioral, mindfulness and solution focused modalities. The great joy of my work is assisting others live to their fullest potential.
