About Brenda Demouchet Brenda has had the pleasure of growing up in Colorado Springs, Colorado, since she was 4 years old. When she is not working, she enjoys exercising, hiking, volleyball, biking, traveling, and spending time with her family. She has been a clinician for over twenty years. She enjoys assisting individuals to gain strength to heal and empowers individuals to utilize courage and internal strength to change their lives. She aids her clients by teaching coping skills and strategies that can be used throughout a lifetime. As a mother, Brenda is dedicated to the parent-child relationship, and the bond that begins at the point of conception. Brenda uses evidenced based methods such as Dialectic-Behavioral therapy (DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy).
