I am licensed in the state of Texas with 6+ years of professional work experience. I am engaged and committed in helping clients manage stress, anxiety and depression, along with assisting individuals in improving their self esteem and self confidence so that they are better able to navigate life's challenges.
I also work well with providing parents the tools and strategies they may need along with helping them establish appropriate limits and boundaries with their children to reduce negative-attention-seeking behaviors.
