Breenu Sra: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (CA, #53160), an Educator with a School Psychologist and a Clear Administrative Credential, and a Lawyer preparing to take the BAR soon. Additionally, I specialize in court-involved therapy and have written a curriculum for co-parenting and parallel parenting education. My approach My approach to counseling is multidisciplinary, integrative, culture-centered, and evidence-based. I draw upon the following evidence-based treatments for anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders: Humanistic Psychotherapy, Existential Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I draw upon Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples therapy.
