Hello! My name is Bree (pronouns they/them) and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida with 5 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults with concerns of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma/PTSD, LGBTQ+ issues, gender dysphoria, identity, career challenges, family issues, sex/sexuality, and stress management. I am committed to help guide all of my clients through these challenging times using a holistic approach to healing mind, body, and soul.

My therapy style includes an interactive approach of talk therapy with a focus on MCBT, DBT, and positive psychology. I believe that therapy is a place for you, the client, to feel safe, welcome, and empowered to enhance your life. Together we will create a treatment plan that will focus around what your goals are for therapy and how I can be an effective support in your journey.

I believe each client is different therefore my approach is tailored to each client. I encourage open discussion between the client and I so that we can successfully build rapport in working side by side to accomplish the goals outlined in our treatment plan through the use of in-session activities, homework assignments, and effective therapeutic technique.
