Breanne is passionate about working with young adults and adolescents but has experience working with all ages of individuals. She has direct experience supporting people with complex trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors/changes, self-confidence, and bipolar disorder. She utilizes an eclectic approach to therapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, client-centered, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy approaches. She believes that therapy is a collaborative experience between client and therapist assisting clients to feel empowered and be the best version of their authentic selves. She does this by creating a non-judgemental, hopeful, and open-minded environment.
