I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC-S) and a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor(LICDC) located in Ohio with 6 years of experience. I have worked in various settings including a juvenile court, private practice, and adolescent residential intensive treatment unit. I specialize in working with teens experiencing emotional dysregulation and non-suicidal self-injurious behavior. I have worked extensively with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma and abuse, clients exploring their sexual and gender identify, and couples counseling.

My Therapy style is client centered and I utilize techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy(DBT). In addition, I have training in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT), Parent Child Interaction Therapy, and substance use treatment.
