Streamline mental health systems are oversaturated and limited in their ability to provide specialized care to meet individual needs. The goal of my private practice, Unbound Wellness, is to offer relevant treatment beyond symptom management to promote lasting change. Using evidenced based research modalities that ground provider and client in positive psychology, mind/body connection and solution-focused care, I teach my clients strategies to promote resilience and autonomy long after the therapeutic relationship has ended. My name is Breanna. I am a licensed clinical social worker with a passion for holistic healing and fostering innate resilience. I am dedicated to teaching my clients how to cope through life’s transitions, often beginning with a better understanding of self. My clinical approach is solution-focused in nature and considers the systems surrounding the person that influence their sense of wellbeing. I have a range of clinical experience with various age groups, backgrounds, and care settings. I have conducted both individual and group counseling. My own personal path to healing lead me to obtain my yoga teacher training (200hr RYT) to build my knowledge base in treating trauma through connection to mind/body. I have a heart for grief and bereavement work, anxiety regulation, self-esteem, and empowerment.
