I am licensed in Texas with 16 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients in finding purpose and pursuing their dreams, increasing motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I also work couples and individuals struggling with relationship issues, intimacy related issues, and parenting issues. As a wife and mother, I understand the struggle to be "Superwoman" and the need to remove your cape for self-care. I also understand the suffering in silence that many mothers endure out of fear of being judged or shamed.
