My partner and I at Dignity Counseling are Florida natives who have worked together in the Ocala/Marion County area since 2017. Our focus is client-centered therapy using various modalities including traditional talk therapy, EMDR, and Direct Neurofeedback. Our goal is to provide a safe space where clients can learn to live their most fulfilling and dignified lives. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of clinical experience in a wide range of settings with diverse groups of clients across all age spans and backgrounds. My approach is to provide strengths-based counseling services in a trauma-informed, judgment-free space. Your comfort and safety are extremely important and we will create an atmosphere where you can discover your own solutions to life's challenges. I believe in the worth and dignity of all humans who are born with inherent strengths and talents. It takes courage to engage in this process and I honor each client as a unique individual with an important story to tell. It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients and support them as they find what works for them to reach their optimum functioning.
