I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed addiction counselor in the state of Colorado. I work with adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and self-esteem. I have worked in inpatient and outpatient settings helping those who want to help their selves. It humbles me to be a part of your journey to aid in helping you pave the way for a life of happiness and success.
I received my bachelor of science at Metropolitan State University in Integrative Therapeutic Practices and graduated with my master's of science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University in 2016. I enjoy working with people who struggle with self-worth and self-esteem issues. I like to help others deconstruct who they think they are and aid in helping to reconstruct their self-concept into one that favors who they are and honors the self.
