I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, grounding techniques, and problem-solving therapy. I’m a firm believer therapy doesn’t need to be forever. I think therapy is helpful when a person can ask themselves a simple question. Am I interested in treatment, or am I committed? Once you can answer that question is when true healing can begin.
