I have several years of experience working with clients of a variety of ages and backgrounds. I have experience working with clients on topics of grief/loss, depression, and anxiety. I recognize that some people feel that they are at a "loss" and need direction and uplifting to stir them in the right direction. I like to meet the client where they are at. I believe that short-term/solution-focused therapy is helpful when addressing issues "head on". I assign homework assignments to clients weekly to ensure there is accountability and progress made as we go along the therapy journey. I love uplifting quotes/notes to help us see a "light at the end of the tunnel.
