As a trauma-informed, culturally relevant, nationally certified licensed mental health counselor, I want to use what I have learned to teach and show you you’re not “crazy.” I want to come along side you and walk with you on a journey of wholistic healing. Using a large dose of humor, the latest research and an integrative approach, I want you to learn how your brain and body have been effected by the experiences you have had.
