About

I am a licensed in the state of Tennessee as an LPC/MHSP. I have worked both in inpatient and outpatient settings providing therapy services for the last 5 years. I have worked with a wide range of concerns such as suicidal ideation, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, adjustment disorders, and communication problems.

My therapeutic approach is inclusive and focused on building a relationship with each client. I believe this process allows both the client and I to develop a plan for them to see change in a timely manner! I use strategies such as solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I believe this combination of approaches allows me to meet each client exactly where they are!

I believe each person deserves respect and consistency within relationships. I understand that life is full of challenges, and I am here to both support and compassionately challenge you as you seek to make change!
