I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Mississippi with more than four years of experience working with individuals with a variety of mental health concerns. I specialize in trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+, sexuality, and grief/loss.

You’ll find that my therapeutic style is warm and humanistic in nature. I believe that everyone deserves to heal and has the potential to heal. I most often combine Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy with Solution-Focused Therapy to allow my clients to quickly get to the root of their negative thinking so that they can get back to loving life again.
