I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, grief, depression, relationship issues, family conflicts, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. Additionally, I am a certified meditation instructor and can offer these techniques to assist clients in working towards using your mind as a tool and not your mind using you as one. All up to you of course. I see myself as a collaborator and believe that a non judgmental ear is sometimes all we need in order to trust ourselves enough to do what it is we know we have to.
