I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Michigan with 3 years of professional work experience providing individual therapy. I have been in the social work field for a total of 10 years, with experience in primary care, school social work, private practice, and University settings. My experience comes from helping clients with stress, anxiety, LGBT+ related issues, relationship issues, & depression.
My approach to therapy includes using modalities such as cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy. I am trained and experienced in using both approaches and will tailor our sessions to meet your individual needs and goals. I believe the therapy space should be safe and open for you to share as we build our therapeutic relationship, and I will respect your decision to work on what's most important for you.
