Congratulations on taking a step toward improving your health. I know that starting this process can be intimidating and, perhaps, scary. Finding a therapist that fits your needs is a bit like finding that “just right” pair of jeans. It is okay to shop around and try on a few before you find a fit that feels “just right”.

My name is Brandie Larson and I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Minnesota. I have a Master’s degree in social work from the University of New England and a Bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato, Minnesota. I have been providing counseling for individuals (age 3+), couples, and groups since 2011. I also have 12 years prior working with teens and young adults. I have worked with a large variety of issues over more than 20 years. The reality, however, is that you are the expert on you. My experience and education only provides me with some insight that can help you find solutions to reduce your stress.
