I am licensed in Idaho with 3 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues & depression. I have experience utilizing Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offers tools in Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Distress Tolerance, and Interpersonal Relationship skills. I have been trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy that is used to treat clients with trauma. I also have training in Advanced Grief Therapy.
