Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. I have 4 years of experience in working with a variety of clients in a variety of settings! I have worked with adults, children, families, and couples in private practice, schools, and a children's advocacy center. I have received specialized training on different types of therapy to treat trauma in adults, children, and families. I take an eclectic approach, and pull from different kinds of therapy, based on your needs. I use techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and various others. I enjoy working with my clients to find what works best for them and run with it.

I am one of those therapists who believes anyone can benefit from therapy in one way or another. I am excited to reach even more clients through this platform, and help you on your journey to be a better you.
