I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. I graduated from Tarleton State University with a Master of Science degree in Psychology/Counseling. My approach is interactive in nature and I welcome the concerns you have with empathy & compassion. If you have the willingness & courage to identify false beliefs about self & change self-defeating patterns that keep showing up in your life, then I can help you.

My objective is to provide you with individualized therapy including: education, self-compassion, reframing thoughts & feelings, regulating emotions, reading/listening to books, healing from childhood trauma & mindfulness training. I am result driven but take time along the way to explore emotions & heal from the past.

I believe people can heal & change, find their true self and establish healthy & fulfilling relationships.
