I am an LCSW with over 25 years of experience working with children and adults. Most of my work has focused on providing individual and family therapy to young adults, as well as children and adult survivors of trauma. I would describe my style as warm, supportive, genuine, and direct. I recognize that securing your trust is key in developing a productive therapeutic working relationship. I believe our experiences shape the way we see the world which can lead to patterns that are no longer serving us. Our thoughts impact the way we feel, and insight into these connections can move us towards change and healing. I recognize the decision to engage in therapy can be a difficult one. I will provide you with a safe space for us to work towards the goals you have set for yourself and make the changes you want to see in your life.
