I am a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania who has been practicing for over 10 years. My counseling style is sincere, supportive, and empowering. I believe that everyone has the skills inside of them to reach their goals. I am passionate about my work, especially helping others succeed.
I have experience working with individuals experiencing a number of concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and relationship issues. I specialize in treating PTSD; especially those who have survived sexual, physical, and/or emotional abuse. My method is a combination of cognitive-behavioral, prolonged exposure, client centered, and solution focused treatment. I will use a specially tailored combination of these to meet your needs.
