I received her Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor [LCMHC #12607] approved by the North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors [NCBLCMHC] and a Qualified Supervisor credentialed to provide supervision to masters level interns and associates.

My focus is individuals, children and adolescences, families, and couples struggling with a wide variety of challenges. I utilize an integrative approach drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) , Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy in order to meet the unique needs of each client. I have prior experience in working with adults and children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and has worked with children and the families of children that have experienced trauma and have exhibited sexualized behaviors.

My sessions are person centered and strength-based so every client will receive a tailored plan that focuses on their specific needs and the strengths that they already possess in order to address a variety of clinical concerns.
