I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, as well as sex positive and kink aware and comfortable with alternative relationship styles. I believe that intersectionality is vital to effective counseling and advocacy. I utilize an integrative approach to therapy and am trained EMDR. I often utilize REBT and ACT and have comfort with several other treatment philosophies.
