To begin therapy is a big step. This first step requires a conscious desire to make changes in one’s life. I work with clients to address their trauma, depression, anxiety, and other immediate stressors. I have extensive knowledge working with those with chronic illness in conjunction with mental health as well as those with autism spectrum disorders. I also have knowledge working with children, adolescents, adults, and further with the geriatric population. I am well versed in working within the schools with IEPs, 504plans, and other behavioral interventions. I have been practicing for over 15 years. Only you know your formula for success!
