I enjoy working with people who strive toward their own personal strengths, passion, and peace through counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 14 years of experience in treating families and individuals in the behavioral health field. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adults with a broad range of concerns including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, family distresses, attention and focus difficulties, and crisis intervention. I work with families and individuals to help them learn and practice skills that will empower them to see the world through a healthier and more holistic lens, as well as become their best selves. The therapeutic approaches I find most effective include, but are not limited to, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and varied family-orientated approaches. My collaborative counseling style allows me to be authentic, empathetic, attentive, and insightful while encouraging clients to be reflective and enact change. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Counseling along with advanced individual and family specialties.
