My primary focus is on adolescents and adults with problems of trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger, grief, career issues, finding life purpose, relationship issues, insomnia, weight loss questions, and life transitions.

I have twenty years experience as an licensed counselor and have worn many hats, serving diverse populations in various settings. I specialize in trauma, dual diagnosis, stress management, anger management, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, grief counseling, spiritual issues, life transitions, vocational problems, and relationship issues.

I am a Christian/spiritual woman and not shy to tell you that God gave me a special gift; a calling to help others. However, I am culturally aware and will not push any religion or spiritual orientation upon you unless you ask. I work with Christians, spiritual persons, agnostics and atheist's alike.
