You already have everything you need to feel whole inside of you. But sometimes, life can make it difficult to find that wholeness. My goal as a therapist is to help you navigate life’s challenges by guiding you to the centered place that already exists inside of all of us.

Seeking help is not easy. You have already taken the first step, and I commend you for this! Finding the right therapist is key to a successful therapeutic experience. Empathy and trust are the building blocks of any successful relationship, especially a therapeutic one. As your therapist, I will offer you a safe non-judgmental space where you can be open to the possibilities already inside of you.

As your therapist, I will help you to identify the thoughts and feelings that stand in the way of your centered place. You will learn a combination of mindfulness practices and cognitive behavioral strategies that will help you to face the challenges that come your way. As you move towards self-awareness, I will help you also learn self-acceptance so that you can feel confident no matter what life brings.
