My goal is to help you discover strengths you already have, develop new coping skills, and let go of unhealthy decisions you may have made about yourself. I like to foster a space of support and non-judgment so you feel free to be open and grow. I often utilize a mixture of CBT, person-centered, and behavioral approaches in our work.
