After graduating from Lindsey Wilson College In 2014 I opened a private practice, which I have owned and operated for six years. I provide ethical, moral and compassionate holistic healing by delivering multi-faceted services that can help guide others to a better understanding of who they are. It is my goal to provide my clients with the respect, honor, and support they deserve. I utilize traditional and non traditional forms of psychotherapy to individualize each clients treatment goals. I offer encouragement, empowerment, support, understanding and total wellness by creating balance in the body, mind and spirit.
My experience consist of extensive training in individual psychotherapy relating to general mental health, substance abuse, eating disorders, intuitive eating, trauma recovery, marriage/couples counseling, and mindfulness-based stress reduction.
