Hi there and welcome! If you’ve found your way to this page you’ve taken the first step toward your healing journey. I am an LCSW/Behavioral Health Therapist who received my MSW at Metro State University, Denver. Since 2016 I have worked in a variety of mental health settings supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, co-occurring disorders, PTSD, Bipolar disorder and interpersonal relationship issues. I primarily work from a Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed perspective, and utilize several evidenced based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, MI and Mindfulness. We can work together to identify your treatment goals and fill your toolbox with the coping strategies needed to live your best life.
